FAPO Warranty Policy
Based on the FAPOMOTO warranty standard, we prepared the following warranty handling rules for FAPO Polska customers.
Coverage
- Standard warranty: 12 months from purchase date.
- Coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products eligible for the Warranty Extension Program may receive up to 24 months of coverage.
Required claim documents
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Issue documentation: clear photos of the defect.
- Video showing the issue (if applicable).
- Short description of when and how the issue occurred.
In most cases, returning the defective product is not required at the initial verification stage.
Claim process
- Send the claim to office@fapomoto.pl with order number, product details and photos/videos.
- Claim review time is up to 2 business days.
- We may request additional information to verify the defect and determine the root cause.
- After approval, we ship replacement parts or a replacement product at service discretion.
What is not covered
- Damage caused by misuse, overload, collisions, abuse or neglect.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Products purchased outside authorized sales channels.
- Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance.
Limitation of liability
- To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product.
- Indirect costs are not automatically reimbursed, including labor, install/removal, towing, downtime and loss of vehicle use.
