Sales and service terms for the Polish market

FAPO Warranty Policy

Based on the FAPOMOTO warranty standard, we prepared the following warranty handling rules for FAPO Polska customers.

Coverage

  • Standard warranty: 12 months from purchase date.
  • Coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • Products eligible for the Warranty Extension Program may receive up to 24 months of coverage.

Required claim documents

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • Issue documentation: clear photos of the defect.
  • Video showing the issue (if applicable).
  • Short description of when and how the issue occurred.

In most cases, returning the defective product is not required at the initial verification stage.

Claim process

  1. Send the claim to office@fapomoto.pl with order number, product details and photos/videos.
  2. Claim review time is up to 2 business days.
  3. We may request additional information to verify the defect and determine the root cause.
  4. After approval, we ship replacement parts or a replacement product at service discretion.

What is not covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, overload, collisions, abuse or neglect.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Products purchased outside authorized sales channels.
  • Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance.

Limitation of liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product.
  • Indirect costs are not automatically reimbursed, including labor, install/removal, towing, downtime and loss of vehicle use.

FAPO Return Policy

Based on FAPOMOTO return standards, we accept returns only after pre-approval and according to the process below.

Policy summary

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and uninstalled, in original condition.
  • All returns require prior authorization via office@fapomoto.pl.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after return approval.

Return eligibility

Accepted returns:

  • Unused/uninstalled products with complete original packaging (outer box and internal materials).
  • Defective products (photo/video evidence required).
  • Incorrect items shipped by FAPO.
  • Missing components reported within 5 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items:

  • Used, modified, or customer-damaged products.
  • Products without original packaging.
  • Pre-installed products.
  • Special/custom orders and items marked as “Non-Returnable”.
  • Items without valid proof of purchase.

Return process (RA)

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with order number, product details, and return reason (for defects: photos/videos).
  2. After review, you receive a Return Authorization (RA) code and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the return to the designated address within 7 days of RA issuance.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Fees and refunds

  • Defective item / FAPO shipping error: free return shipping, no restocking fee.
  • Customer-initiated return: customer pays return shipping + 10% restocking fee (fee may be waived for store credit exchange).
  • Return inspection: within 3-5 business days after receipt.
  • Refund issuance: within 14 calendar days after approval.
  • Refund to original payment method (typically 5-10 business days on payment provider side).

After 30 days and critical conditions

  • Manufacturing defects discovered after 30 days are handled under warranty claim procedure.
  • Inspect all packages before accepting delivery; visibly damaged shipments should be reported immediately at delivery.
  • Order cancellation before shipment is free; post-shipment cancellation is treated as a return.
  • Maximum liability is limited to the product purchase price, to the extent permitted by law.

FAPO Shipping Policy

Based on FAPOMOTO shipping standards, we apply the following shipping handling rules for orders managed by FAPO Polska.

Order processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Once shipped, the customer receives a tracking number.
  • Estimated delivery after dispatch: 2-7 business days (depending on carrier and delivery zone).

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses.

Shipping methods and restrictions

  • Shipping is handled by partner couriers (including FedEx, UPS, DHL), depending on region and package size.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • Addresses outside supported shipping zones may result in order cancellation and full refund.

Tracking and undelivered packages

  1. Log in to your customer account and open order history.
  2. Select the order number to view tracking information and shipment status.
  3. If a package has not arrived within 5 business days after the estimated delivery date, check tracking and contact the carrier directly.

If unresolved by the carrier, contact us with your order number.

Damaged or lost packages

  • Damaged package: keep all packaging and contents, take photos, and email office@fapomoto.pl within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Lost package: contact us after at least 5 business days past the estimated delivery date.
  • Every case should include order number and complete supporting details.

Terms and Conditions (Service & Sales)

The summary below is based on the FAPOMOTO Terms and Conditions standard and outlines key rules for using the site and placing orders.

General provisions

  • By using the site and placing orders, you accept all active terms, policies and notices published in the service.
  • Users should be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering contracts; business users confirm proper authority to act for the entity.
  • Any new store features and tools are automatically subject to the current version of the Terms.
  • Terms may be updated; continued use of the site after changes means acceptance of those updates.

Use of service

  • Using the site or products for unlawful purposes, rights violations, or system abuse is prohibited.
  • Transmitting malware, harmful code, or disruptive traffic is strictly forbidden.
  • We may refuse service or terminate access in case of violations of the Terms.
  • Reproduction, resale, or commercial exploitation of site content without written permission is prohibited.

Products, prices and orders

  • Prices, availability, and service scope may change without prior notice.
  • Some products may be online-only and available in limited quantities.
  • Colors and images are displayed as accurately as possible but may vary by device.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders and to limit sales by customer or region.
  • Returns and exchanges are handled under the dedicated Return Policy.

Liability and risk transfer

  • Services and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by law.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from service use.
  • Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier; transport claims must be made directly to the carrier.
  • Performance delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government actions, etc.) are outside our control.

Intellectual property and brand usage

  • Vehicle brand/model names are used only for compatibility reference and do not imply OEM affiliation.
  • Some visuals may be illustrative (including digitally generated graphics) and do not represent endorsements by vehicle manufacturers.
  • All site content (text, graphics, logos, layout) is protected by intellectual property rights.
  • Rights infringement notices should be sent to office@fapomoto.pl.

Governing law and contact

  • Applicable law is determined by the governing legal framework of the transaction and the jurisdiction indicated in sales documents.
  • If any term is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.
  • These Terms together with warranty, returns, shipping and privacy policies form the complete online framework.

Warranty

Claim within 30 days, RMA number required before return shipment. Customer-initiated returns may include logistics and restocking fees.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping service: processing in 1-2 business days, delivery in 2-7 business days after dispatch, with tracking and a clear claim flow for damaged or undelivered packages.

Guaranteed Fit

Fitment guarantee applies when vehicle data is provided correctly (make/model/year/engine). Input errors are not covered.

Aftermarket and trademarks

Aftermarket parts, non-OEM. Manufacturer names are used for compatibility reference only and do not imply affiliation.

Delivery protection

Optional shipment protection by an external provider with a separate claim process and independent response timelines.

Liability and installation

Labor, disassembly, towing and downtime costs are not automatically reimbursed; liability scope is defined in the terms of sale.

GDPR / Privacy

Contact and transaction data processing in line with the privacy policy, including the right to access, rectify and erase data.
